It covers setting up your hospital (branches, departments, doctors, services and prices), importing your data from Excel/CSV and training your team. It is charged once, on the first invoice: ₹14,999 in India and AED 1,499 in the UAE, plus tax.
You pay for the year in advance at a lower monthly rate — up to 17% less than paying monthly.
Yes. UAE prices are in dirhams with 5% VAT, the software supports Arabic and English, and our team onboards you remotely with on-site visits when needed. The minimum monthly charge in the UAE is AED 1,299.
Yes. Start small and add modules, users, beds or branches at any time; the change is pro-rated on your next invoice.
Yes. On-premise installation is available on the Enterprise plan with the same features as cloud.
No. You pay the plan or modules you choose, the one-time onboarding fee, tax, and SMS / WhatsApp message charges at actuals if you use them.
Prices are per month in Indian rupees, exclusive of 18% GST. One-time onboarding (setup, data import and training) is ₹14,999 + GST. *SMS / WhatsApp message charges are billed at actuals. Yearly plans are billed in advance. Final pricing is confirmed in your written proposal.
