Terms for using the DMediQ website and software services provided by Dataque Software Pvt. Ltd..
1. Who we are
DMediQ is a product of Dataque Software Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). These terms cover this website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the DMediQ software service.
2. Use of the website
You may browse and share this website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale or misuse the demo form.
3. Software subscription
Access to DMediQ is provided under an order form or master agreement that states the modules, users, branches, fees, service levels and term.
4. Customer data
Hospitals remain the owners and controllers of their patient and business data. We process it only to provide the service, under a data processing agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Accounts are for authorised staff only. Customers are responsible for user access, password hygiene and clinical decisions made using the software.
6. Intellectual property
The software, website content, logos and screenshots belong to Dataque Software Pvt. Ltd.. No rights are granted except those in your agreement.
7. Warranties & liability
The service is provided as described in your agreement. DMediQ supports clinical work but does not replace professional medical judgement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad having jurisdiction, unless your agreement states otherwise.
